Payment
- My fee is $240 for a 50-minute individual therapy session and $290 for a 60-minute couple or family session.
- Payment is due at the time of each session.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider for any PPO insurance plan that offers out-of-network benefits. This means that your PPO insurance might reimburse you for the entire fee or a portion thereof, with conditions. If you are interested in using this benefit, it might be helpful for you to find out (1) the out-of-network family deductible amount (currently outstanding and annual, and when it resets to 100%), (2) the reimbursement percentage, and (3) if there are any reimbursement caps on fees.
Confidentiality
As required by law, ethical standards and the nature of therapy, I protect the confidentiality of the therapeutic communication. I will not disclose confidential information without a written release, other than in exceptional circumstances involving self-harm or a risk of injury to others.
Cancellation
If you have to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, so that this time can be offered to someone else seeking services. If you have missed or cancelled an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for the payment of the entire fee.
